"Youth with Disabilities: A changing population" Wednesday, July 9, 2003 National Longitudinal Transition Study Office of Special Education Programs report of findings from the National Longitudinal Transition Study (original and study 2) conducted by the Office of Special Education Programs. Compares differences between the population of 15-17 year old youth with disabilities in 1987 and 2001.
